Who we are
We're people that have received those kinds of budgets but also managers that have given out those budgets.
We've watched ambitious, passionate learners grow frustrated with their lack of growth and watched as they leave for greener fields. We've also watched as companies then spend the next 3-6 months finding someone new to replace them.
We're simply two people in Berlin that have grown tired of the idea that if you really want to progress in your career, then the best thing for you to do is look for a new job.
How we started
Our shared frustrations with a lack of great employee growth and the idea of bringing people together through easy professional development is what inspired my cofounder, Moritz, and I to start Boost.
We set ourselves the goal of building delightful tools that help team leaders and employees to grow together in a structured and effortless way.
After many iterations of ideas, a few failed applications to accelerators and incubators and countless late nights, we're here...starting this company with your help, driven by our desire to make the world a better place.
